Through education, I aim to help students realise their own strengths and weaknesses.
Teach students not to judge themselves or others based on school results, build values of self-confidence and learn self-love and to care for others.
A teacher can make a big impact on students through their actions. I strive to be an educator who respects the individual values of every student, discover and affirm student’s values through their learning, social interactions and attitudes when facing difficulties. As well as allowing and showing students to believe in and respect themselves.
Learning differences among students are inevitable. But each student should enjoy the opportunity to discover the joy in learning. I believe that learning ability is not equal to learning enthusiasm. Through interesting and meaningful lessons, I hope to engage students fully and help them develop their own motivation to learn. When motivated, students will actively learn both in and outside the classroom, achieving twice the result with half the effort. Also, they will enjoy the journey of learning, experience less result oriented stress and be able to deal with learning setbacks.
