CCS not only emphasizes arts education but also actively responds to the needs of the 21st century by comprehensively upgrading its school-based drama curriculum. I am deeply honoured to have been appointed as the Artistic Director of CCS, working together to drive innovation in the education of the future.

In modern society, arts education, particularly drama education, has become a vital platform for cultivating students' core competencies for the future. Drama not only stimulates children's creativity but also enhances critical thinking, communication skills, and teamwork, which are essential qualities for the 21st century. Through drama, students can develop empathy, cultural understanding, and problem-solving skills in simulated scenarios.

At the same time, drama education also promotes the development of language and emotional intelligence. Through performance and role-playing, children can effectively expand their vocabulary, improve their language expression, and strengthen self-awareness and emotional management skills. Furthermore, integrating drama courses with digital technology helps students adapt to modern digital life, learning how to use multimedia tools for creative expression and effective communication.

Looking ahead, we will continue to advance the deep integration of drama education with interdisciplinary and cultural elements, enabling children to explore their potential, enhance their holistic abilities, and be fully prepared to face the challenges of the future under the nurturing influence of the arts.
